Kentucky Protection and Advocacy: Protection and Advocacy (P&A) is an independent state agency that was designated by the Governor as the protection and advocacy agency for Kentucky. Child Care: The Division of Child Care administers the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) to help Kentucky’s low- income families find and afford quality child care.

Child Support: The Division of Child Support provides assistance to any person with a minor child who needs financial support from a noncustodial parent.

Health Insurance for Children: Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program provides health insurance coverage to low income, uninsured children.

Support Group (KinCare): There are more than 65,000 children in Kentucky living with their grandparents.  KinCare assists grandparents and other relative caregivers both in accessing available services which will help them better function in the caregiver role, and in identifying needs that are going unmet because some services are not being provided.

Youth Transition Assistance: Support Group Helping young people move from school to Work, pediatric to adult health care and living at home to independent living. Working closely with young people and their families to help them plan for the future.
